We are a brotherhood of distinguished and successful Black
men focused on Leadership, Mentoring, Education, Economic Development and
Health & Wellness.
Mentoring is the
cornerstone of what the organization brings to the community by guiding youth
in life experiences, fostering a positive self-perception and self-respect,
encouraging excellence in education and the pursuit of positive life-long
goals. "What
they see is what they will be."
Education
initiatives like the August 2012 launching of the 100 LEGACY Academy Charter
School represent our future and most important work. It is an evolution of our mentoring activities as we
endeavor to inundate children and communities in innovative student-centered
academic environments enhancing their ability to attain their dreams and become
productive global leaders. For

Economic
Development programs focus on three primary areas:
Financial Literacy, Family Wealth Building and Entrepreneurship. Through
comprehensive curriculums, seminars and training classes these activities work
to promote economic self-sufficiency.
Health
& Wellness is a vital component of a thriving community.
The 100 partners with other non-profit organizations to promote preventative
health strategies, deliver screenings and provide education on prevalent
diseases which impact African-Americans.
